EAGLE FIELD DRAGS
Eagle Field Drags is grudge style drag racing among friends with some race classes thrown in to say the least. Attending Eagle Field Drags is like going back in time the way drag racing must of felt like in the 50's and 60's
As soon as you come thru the gates you realize that Eagle Field is some place special. You will quickly notice that it is an historic site, lot’s of cool old air planes and buildings all around the site.
Arrived early on a Saturday morning there were RV's parked throughout, the drivers and crews were out working and preparing their cars for tech inspection prior to the start of the race, as a racing participant for the weekend event you can camp right there at Eagle Field.
EAGLE FIELD IS A HISTORIC SITE
Eagle Field is a WW2 era military flight training facility and airfield that is now a museum, with these old aircraft and buildings scattered about. Besides being a WW2 era training facility, Eagle Field also had its part in the 2008 movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal.

DRAG RACING
There are lot of variety of cars that participate in the race's, new and old cars, trucks, some street legal and some not, fan favorite heart thumping dragsters, gassers and some of my favorite Models A's among others.
An old school racing event held two times a year in May and October at Eagle Field, along with the drag racing you will see some cool rides at the car show near the track. Definitely a cool family friendly event, bring your kids, have a great time and start tradition visiting the drag races, I'm sure they will never forget
